TEFAF, the most important Antiques and Ancient Art Fair – Antiques Fair and Art Fair – returns to Maastricht, Holland, from 9 to 14 March 2024.
Founded in 1988, the European Fine Art Foundation is widely regarded as the world’s leading organization for fine arts, antiques and design, producing two international fairs: The TEFAF Maastricht, which presents over 7,000 years of ancient art history, and the edition of New York, focused on modern and contemporary art and design rather than Vintage.
TEFAF Maastricht, with over 260 prestigious dealers from around 20 countries, it is a showcase for the best works of art currently on the market. In addition to the traditional areas of old master paintings, antiques and classical antiquities which cover around half of the exhibition, the Fair also displays modern and contemporary art, photography, jewellery, 20th century design and works on paper.

Since 2002 the Fair has been committed to providing an independent research program on the art market. The Art Market Report offers the opportunity to shed light on an area of the art and antiques market that is little studied or undergoing change.
The art market report published during the Maastricht Fair has become an industry standard.
